Information about PraG

Please be informed that new PraG entered into force on 1 November 2010 and according to the stipulations of the Subsidy Contract (in Article 9.2), Lead Beneficiaries and Project Partners always have to take into account the current version of PraG for the procurement of services, supplies or works.

It is strongly recommended to study and apply the new rules carefully with special regard to Section 2.4.8 and Annex 10b of the ‘Practical Guide’.
