This consultation seeks comments and views on the contents of the draft Hungary-Serbia IPA II Cross-border Cooperation Operational Programme for 2014-2020.

The Hungary-Serbia IPA II Cross-border Cooperation Operational Programme is the main document for setting out the strategy and priorities for the use of the fund to support the Hungary-Serbia Cross-border Programme Area in the 2014-2020 period.

This consultation is run before submitting the Hungary-Serbia IPA II Cross-border Cooperation Operational Programme 2014-2020 document to the European Commission and is open for the period of one month between 23 July 2014 to 22 August 2014. HUSRB IPA II CBC draft OP Public Consultation

Cross-border Bicycle Tour – „Hungarian-Serbian Tandem” on the European Cooperation Day
21. September 2013.

Around 300 participants are expected at the 28-kilometer-long bicycle tour from Mórahalom, in Hungary, to Palić, in Serbia, crossing the recently opened border-crossing point Ásotthalom-Bački Vingradi in the third week of September. The „Hungarian-Serbian Tandem” Bicycle Tour will be organized as part of the Hungarian-Serbian IPA Cross-border Co-operation Programme’s celebration of European Cooperation Day on 21 September. The aim of the Tour is to strenghten the cross-border relations through a sports and cultural event.

POSTER CONTEST - Be part of this year’s European Cooperation Day
01. July 2013.

On 21 September 2013 and in the surrounding week European Cooperation Day will be celebrated throughout Europe for the second time. To mark this occasion, INTERACT Point Vienna is organising a poster contest and we would like to invite you to participate.
The contest is open to children ages 16 and under and the theme of the posters should be:
"Sharing borders, growing closer" or  "Working together for a better Europe".
Deadline for submissions: 24 August 2013.

Updated FLC documents for Project Partners from both Hungary and Serbia
10. April 2013.

FLC units from both Heungary and Republic of Serbia updated the documents for Project Partners. The documents with relevant notifications and clarifications are available the the download sections of FLC Hungary and FLC Serbia.

In order to ensure smooth implementation of the projects a number of Programme documents were updated. The following documents are avaiable for download:

HUSRB/1002 and HUSRB/1203 Project Implementation Handbook and Annexes (for beneficiaries from the 2nd and 3rd Calls for Proposals), HUSRB/1203 Information and Publicity Guidelines (for the beneficiaries from the 3rd Call for Proposals), Control Guidelines as well as HUSRB/1203 Presentations from the LB Seminar held for the beneficiaries implementing projects within the 3rd Call for Proposals.

Additionally, the presentations from the Seminar for the Project Partners from Hungary are available for download, as well as reporting package for Project Partner organizations from Hungary.

Project Partners from Serbia can download presentations from the FLC workshops. Guidelines for the SRB PPs and updated tender packages here.

2nd Call for Proposals Subsidy Contract signature

The ceremony for signing the Subsidy Contracts with the project proposals selected for financing within the 2nd Call for Proposals of Hungary-Serbia IPA Cross-border Co-operation Programme will be held in City Hall of Subotica,  on October 24 2011 at 11AM.

 

Information and Publicity Guidelines 2nd CfP available for download

The HUSRB/1002 Information and Publicity Guidelines is to be used by the projects selected/to be contracted within the framework of the 2nd Call for Proposals of the Hungary-Serbia IPA Cross-border Co-operation Programme.

Important notice for the LBs and PPs selected in the 2nd Call for Proposals: EU logo with obligatory phrase is changed. The project teams should not use the packages from the 1st Call for Proposals. The beneficiaries should contact their responsible Programme Managers at the JTS to obtain the packages with updated logos in relevant formats.

Important notice for the LBs and PPs implementing projects under the 1st Call for Proposals: please continue using the Information and Publicity Guidelines published within the 1st Call for Proposals, until the closure of the project.
