Language

1. Is the Application Package also available in Hungarian/Serbian languages?

   The official language of the Programme is English, therefore all documents including the Application Package are available only in English and the Application must be submitted in English. Applications not fulfilling this criterion will be rejected automatically.

2. Is translating the Guidelines for Applicants and other documents (such as Application Form) of the Call for Proposals considered eligible under Preparation costs?

   According to Chapter 2.4.3 of the Guidelines for Applicants the costs of translation and interpretation can be reimbursed as preparation costs if they meet the eligibility criteria.

3. Should we submit the establishing document in English?

   No, the establishing documents (/Copy of the registration act/or Statutes of all Applicants) should be submitted in the original language. According to the Chapter 3.3 of the Guidelines for Applicants the 'Project Acronym' (the abbreviated title of the project as used in the Application Form) has to be indicated on the document. When having a doubt whether a supporting document has to be submitted in English/original language, please always consult Chapter 3.3 of the Guidelines for Applicants!

4. In what form does the own contribution of the Project Partners have to be provided? What has to be attached to the Application Form in this respect?

   The own contribution of the respective Project Partners has to be secured in cash (national currency or EUR according to the decision of the Applicant). In kind contributions are not eligible. At the time of submission of the application the own contribution does not have to be on the bank account, however, each Project Partner has to state its availability in the Declaration by the Applicant. Chapter 4.2 of the Guidelines for Applicants describes to process related to own contribution to be followed at the time of preparing the Subsidy Contract.
